As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll take charge of growing our client base through lead generation, sales meetings, and relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, following up on leads, and nurturing long-term customer satisfaction. Your ability to engage clients and drive results will play a vital role in our continued growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential leads through online platforms, local events, and CRM systems.
  • Pursue new opportunities in industries such as construction, weddings, agriculture, and sports.
  • Conduct in-person client visits and build lasting relationships.
  • Input and track opportunities, follow-up actions, and sales progress through the CRM.
  • Manage CRM software daily to ensure leads are nurtured until closing.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner via phone, text, or email.
  • Resolve escalated situations and maintain positive, ongoing client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the office team to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Analyze sales data and devise strategies for growth in target areas.
  • Create reports showcasing your sales growth for commission purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of increasing sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and managing sales funnels.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Clean DMV record and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set schedules, and stay on top of follow-ups.
  • Thrives in a self-directed role with a strong drive for results and accountability.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of solving customer issues efficiently.
  • Resourceful and creative when it comes to identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges.
