The Field Supervisor is pivotal to our success, leading a team of dedicated professionals in the execution of septic and sewer projects. This role demands a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will manage daily operations, engage with clients, and ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of field technicians, promoting team morale and engagement.
  • Oversee all aspects of septic and sewer field projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide training, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Perform regular site visits and spot checks to ensure high standards of quality control.
  • Engage directly with clients to address any service issues, and concerns, and upsell services.
  • Prepare accurate bids for septic and sewer projects, including site assessments and material estimates.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensure the maintenance of equipment, including daily inspections and scheduling tractor work.
  • Provide weekly reports to upper management on project progress, team performance, and key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within field operations, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in people management and team development.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with team members and clients.
  • Knowledge of septic and sewer systems is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized schedules.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full-Time position
  • Hourly rate of $23.00 - $28.00, based on experience.
