We are looking for a General Labor/Relief Driver to join our team. This essential role combines manual labor with driving responsibilities, offering variety in your day-to-day work. You will be supporting our service team with cleaning, delivery, and maintenance of our portable sanitation units. Whether you're assisting with customer service needs, delivering units, or maintaining our yard, your contribution will be vital to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and repair of units in the yard and in the field
• Assist service drivers with on-site customer service needs
• Occasionally deliver and pick up units using a service truck
• Load and unload units on trucks and trailers
• Set up and pick up temporary fencing at customer sites
• Fill in for service route drivers when needed
• Run errands and complete various tasks as directed.
• Manage and control inventory stocking for units and supplies

Qualifications:

• Clean and valid CA Driver's License (Class C, minimum)
• Experience driving trailers (preferred)
• Basic handyman skills; construction knowledge a plus
• Reliable transportation
• GED or higher education
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods with repetitive movements
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in the field
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and unexpected tasks
• A positive attitude with a focus on customer service and teamwork
• Punctual and dependable; ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-Time position
• Hourly rate of $16.00 - $19.00, based on experience.
